The receptionist may need to check a time with me first, she or I can get back to you to confirm.
You may want to check one or two things with me by phone first - if so, I can phone you. However, it is usually simpler to email your queries for my response, or to meet me to check things through. Remember, a half hour meeting is free of charge - you can then go away to think about it all with no obligation, so it is more like 'putting your toes in the water', rather than 'taking the plunge'!
If, instead, a one hour initial meeting seems a more comfortable prospect, then you just pay for the second half hour. Sometimes there are quite a few things to think through together to make a decision about 'what next?'. Then, a full hour may be a better idea.

Fees

After our introductory meeting, the cost is £45 for a one hour appointment. Please note however that fees for individuals referred and funded via an agency are subject to individual rates. Do contact for further information.

Liskeard, The Wellbeing Centre

Pigmeadow Lane is located between the end of the main Westbourne car park, West Street, and The Parade (not the Market car park: for travel directions to the car park CLICK HERE and paste in: PL14 6BW ).
